alhamdulillah nak dekat 2 bulan dah aku keje weh. pejam celik pejam celik, cam tak sedar pun tetibe dah nak separuh posting da keje. lol.

nama nak canggih je. tp maksud die sistem IT/computerized la.
camni.
setiap pt ade BHT diorang(rekod perubatan pesakit) yg mane sume mendalah2 pasal pt, progress note, investigation results, x ray, mendalah2 tu sume dikepilkan dlm tu. so as a HO keje die memang kuli abes la tulis progress note pt kat dlm BHT tu. bos buat round, kite yg kene key in dlm tu. result investigation, kite yg kene trace kat lab,
then masukkan dlm situ, every single thing yg significant in documenting the progress of the pt kite kene tulis dlm tu. wey, aku dah warn cite ni boring, sape suruh korang bace gak. hahahaha

so the worst thing pasal nak order investigation sume pakai manual(tulis tangan) is, nak trace result pun kene turun lab tanye, then kalau tak keluar lg result maki2 lah dinding kat lab tu ckp alah tak keluar lg siot btul

tp skarang dah IT. bukak kat laptop je, kalau dulu BHT, skarang EMR(electronic medical record). order je kat kom, label then hantar specimen then tibe2 lepas sejam ke, tadaaa... result keluar kat kom dlm ward.

tapi ade je cons die, banyak tp aku cite benda2 simple je la
dulu kalo ade BHT, bleh je present case sambil2 selak2 BHT sebab tak susah pun. skang dah IT memang kene hafal case la. padan muka. nak canggih sgt. tp aku suke sebab train aku to be alert n menghayati n hafal kes rather than just mcm tak ikhlas je buat keje. seriously

tp the scary thing is nak present case kat specialist. sebab sume benda diorg akan tanye, nama pun pakar kan.

tp alhamdulillah la, memang la penat keje kan. tapi setakat nak 2 bulan aku keje ni aku tak pernah pun rs stress lagi, apatah lg rs nak quit. tak tipu wa ckp lu. hahaha. i'm taking my HO phase as an opportunity to learn as much as i can, if u cannot be good to others(pt), at least be good to yourself. what i mean is the more thing u do, involved and willing to do, the more u'll know. sebab nt lepas 2 taun da kene jd mo dah. n u have to stand on ur feet urself.bile susah gile je kene tanye specialist. takkan nak jadi mo bangang. haha. jadi as humble as u can be in hosp. it's good for yourself. nt org nak ajar banyak benda. tak mintak pun. LOL. make a good relationship with ur seniors, and bosses. suma benda setel kalau mcm tu. just jaga performance je la

kalau org tanye cane life skarang, aku jawab ok jewwwwwwwwwww. tho ade mase busy, tapi takyah nak tipu. ade je mase nak main futsal. gua dah berkenalan dgn penduduk tempatan dah. siap main futsal free sebab konon2 tetamu. 10 kali main pun free sebab tetamu gak. memang lemak habis. kahkahkah
